Donation to cover Volunteer instructor expenses

This would cover cost of hotel room and lunch for our instructors who so graciously donate their time, energy and money even to come and work at our event. We cover the hotel and lunch and often extra meals for these priceless volunteers, plus we house our non instructor volunteers also. They do not charge for their time at this event so we like to take care of their needs as part of our appreciation. Its seems like a lot but they are paying it forward to the next generation of aviators!
